I. Machine Types and Material Classification

II. Feeding Systems

III. Main Structure and Working Process

2. Die Head and Granulation: After being melted in the extruder, the plastic melt passes through the die head. There are two main granulation methods:
Water Ring Granulation: In this method, the melted plastic is cut into round - shaped granules. The water ring not only cools the granules during cutting but also helps to achieve a smooth and uniform granule shape.
Noodle Type Granulation: The plastic is cut into long strip - shaped particles. This method is suitable for certain applications where the long - shaped granules are required.
3. Screen Changer: If the raw materials are dirty, a screen changer can be installed at the bottom of the die head. We offer a variety of screen changers, including single - group and double - group screen changers, single - plate single - station and single - plate double - station screen changers, as well as manual screen changers. These screen changers can filter out impurities in the plastic melt, ensuring the quality of the final granules.
4. Cooling, Drying and Storage: After granulation, the granules enter a water tank for cooling. Then, they are dried to remove any remaining moisture. Finally, the dried granules are transported to the storage bin, ready for further use or packaging.
