Waste PET plastic bottle/flakes washing/recycling line/machine/plant
Plastic recycling description :
1.Plastic recycling washing machine is applied in pet waste bottle or sheet recycling field.
2.Recycling machine can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products are very clean.
3.The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, pet strap band, granules, pet transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.
Working Flow (waste PET bottle recycling machine line eg: 1000kg/h advanced system)
--- Belt conveyor: feeding material, If too much scrap irons, metal detector may be needed.
--- Label separator: remove and separate labels from waste bottles.
--- Sorting belt: sorting out remain labels manually, selecting out different color and Non-PET bottles.
--- Belt conveyor: feeding material.
--- S-series crusher: with water, cut plastic bottle into small size.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- 1st floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- 1st high speed horizontal friction washer machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty.
--- Hot washer tank: with hot water washing to remove oil, glue and dirty.
--- Screw loader: loading out material with inverter to control speed.
--- 2nd high speed friction washer dewatering machine: with high speed friction washing out dirty and remove chemical water.
--- 2nd floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- 3rd floating washer tank: washing out the floating caps, rings and dirty.
--- Screw loader: load bottle flakes into the next step.
--- Dewatering machine: remove the dirty and water from the material.
--- Hot air drying system: drying the bottle flakes.
--- Zig-Zag air classifier: remove the fine dust and final labels.
--- Storage hopper: collect the clean material.
--- Control cabinet: Used to control the whole line (Schneider, Siemens, etc.)
Remark: We also have metal detector, trommel/roller seperator, blade sharpener,etc. for optional choice.
