How it Works: compact pelletizing machine plastic granulation machine.
1- Feeding: It is an automatic conveyor system
2- Cutter/Compactor: Where the material is cut, mixed, heated, dried, pre-compacted and buffered in.
3- Extruder screw: Where the material is plasticized and degassed in reverse in.
4- Self-cleaning system: It is fully automatic. At the end of the plasticizing zone, the melt is directed out of the extruder, cleaned in the system.
5- Homogenisation zone: After the melt filter, the melt is homogenized here.
6- Degassing zone: The filtered and homogenized material is degassed in this zone.
7- Discharge zone: It conveys the melt to the next part at extremely low pressure.
8- Respective tool: E.g. pelletizer, the output is produced.
