Machine description
This is new type film-squeezing machine which is designed by our company. It use squeezing & dehydration principle, after raw material (LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE strength film, and PP woven/big bags, etc) crushing and washing, this squeezer machine can quickly and effectively remove the water. It is easy to increase the subsequent granulating line production capacity.
Output capacity : ≈400-500kg/h (according to material status)
Motor power :90KW (AC, Siemens Beide)
Inverter :ABB , With high and low voltage protection, current overload protection, short circuit detection, etc.
Screw, barrel Material: high quality alloy steel
Screw diameter: Ø300-400 mm
Screw rotation speed: 60 rpm
Reduction gearbox High torque, compact structure
Material of main box: QT400
Material of gear: 20GrMnTi
Accuracy of gear: 6 grade, HRC56-62 of face, core material hardness: HB265
Lubrication system: circulating oil enforced by oil pump, infiltration and splash in oil basin
With plate heat exchanger to cool the gear oil by transmit heat to the cooling water inside the exchanger.
