Product Description

HDPE PE polyethylene Water Supply Pipe Plastic Large Diameter Tube making machine 75mm

SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder, with corresponding screw and auxiliary machine, can directly extrude various thermoplastics, especially hard PVC powder, into tubes, plates, sheets, films and profiles, etc. Complete the modification of various plastics and the process of powder preparation.

This machine adopts DC motor, stepless speed regulation of thyristor, overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling, and vacuum exhaust pipe device and fixed feeding device.

Control System:

1. The oil lubrication system is interlocked with the main engine, that is, the oil pump can be started before the main engine can be started.

2. The feeding system is interlocked with the host, that is, the feeder can be started after the host is started.

3. The pressure system is interlocked with the main engine, that is, when the overpressure occurs, the main machine and the feeding material stop working.

4. The current is interlocked with the host, that is, when the current is overcurrent, the host and the feed stop working.
